22 days’ annual leave entitlement, plus 3 days’ studio closure over the Christmas period, giving a total of 25 days paid annual leave plus all 8 UK bank holidays.
In addition to the standard holiday entitlement we will also give an additional day of annual leave for each year’s anniversary working at Studio Gobo, to a maximum of 5 extra days!
With each new engagement we will always build in provision to reward the team on successful completion of project with an end of project bonus.
Every year we will review and consider all team members for an annual salary increase. We do this at the same time each year for everyone, regardless of your work anniversary.
